Research in great depth to undertand the differences in culture between your home country and the one you want to move to. Greetings, etiquette, dress code and many more are very important for you to adapt and overcome the difference in culture. Investigating this before hand will give you the advantage you need. Not only will this help you to fit in but it will help you to feel that you fit in, so do your research!
Making the big move is definitley not an easy thing to do and comes with a whole load of mixed emotions from the starting proccess of planning and decision making, all the way to when you are actually out there.
